　　【猜題理由】隨著時代的進步與發(fā)展，誠信顯得尤為重要。然而，到今天，有違這一基本道德的丑惡現(xiàn)象并沒有完全杜絕。如做好事卻被人懷疑，各種造假事件不斷發(fā)生等等。因此，人人都應以誠實守信為榮。

　　【構思點撥】依據(jù)漫畫材料進行議論屬于"一事一議"寫作的范疇。寫好漫畫議論文，第一步應仔細觀察 漫畫內(nèi)容和畫面上的文字說明，抓住重點，敘述漫畫內(nèi)：第二步，在準確理解漫畫內(nèi)容的基礎上，概括出畫中所表現(xiàn)出來的一般現(xiàn)象，把握命題意圖，依據(jù)"試題要求"，擬題立意作好評論。

　　As can be seen in the picture, a butcher is selling meat to a man. He is very happy, saying to himself "I sold the meat with water poured in at last.", while the customer feels content as well because he has bought the meat with a false 100-yua n note.

　　In modern times, some people do n't seem to be very honest and they often deceive each other. They can do anything, right or wrong, in their own interest. As a result, harm will be done to both sides. W hat's worse, children are deeply affected and they sometimes cheat in the examination and often tell lies. Therefore, it's high time that we were well aware of the serious p roblem.
